Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
KNWN ships to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or additional fees imposed by local authorities
KNWN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information

- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and item
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
