5. Order Tracking

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your package is:

- Lost: Contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation.
- Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.
KNWN is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the packaging and item(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

KNWN reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or countries due to legal, logistical, or operational reasons.
