RETURNS

At KNWN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including underwear, socks, swimwear, and any products marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
