At KNWN, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with straightforward returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage, stains, odors, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KNWN is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
